1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace8 ("ace8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://ace8.pro and all associated services, games, tools, and promotional offers provided therein.

By accessing, registering on, or using the ace8 platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

Use of the ace8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ace8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Identity Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, ace8 will require you to complete identity verification ("KYC"). This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The ace8 platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of ace8 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ace8 makes no representation that the services are lawful or appropriate in any jurisdiction outside of those it expressly serves.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active ace8 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is classified as multi-accounting and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited without notice.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity carried out using your credentials will be attributed to and charged to your account. ace8 will never contact you by any channel requesting your password. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must contact ace8 support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update that information promptly if it changes. ace8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ace8 account at any time by contacting player support at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion prior to account closure, subject to verification requirements. Bonuses not yet converted through the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ace8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are denominated in BDT with no currency conversion applied.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Individual withdrawal minimum and maximum limits, as well as processing timeframes, are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard and may be updated periodically. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits prior to initiating transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 2.2. Once verification is complete, standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section. ace8 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the standard processing time.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

ace8 employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems on all financial transactions. If a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, ace8 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant account pending investigation. During any investigation, the Player's account access may be restricted. ace8 will communicate with the affected player as required by applicable obligations.

4.5 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into ace8 accounts are held separately from ace8 operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the normal course of business. ace8 does not pay interest on player balances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ace8 are subject to the specific terms stated on each promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period are stated on each individual promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion. Opting into a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited. Players are advised to check their active bonus status before claiming a new offer.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

ace8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or any other conduct that ace8 reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers

Games offered on the ace8 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game operates according to its own rules as set by the respective provider. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on ace8 use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness and unpredictability. ace8 does not control or alter the outcome of any game supplied by a third-party provider. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real-time studio environments.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, ace8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake to the player's account. Winnings or jackpots arising from a verifiable technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. ace8 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity failures on the player's side.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on ace8 — including all cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules displayed in the sportsbook section. Settlement of all markets is subject to official results from recognised governing bodies. ace8 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at amended odds where errors in pricing are identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace8 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to poker and live table games.
• Money laundering: Using ace8 as a mechanism to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from unlawful activity. ace8 is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a legitimate deposit. Any account subject to a chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and the disputed amount will be recovered from any available balance.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes in sports markets, or display bugs to gain an unintended advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Third-party account use: Allowing another individual to access or operate your ace8 account, or accessing and operating an account on behalf of another person.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ace8 platform without express prior written consent from ace8.

10 Privacy & Data

ace8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace8 employs industry-standard SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the platform. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ace8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ace8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

ace8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which ace8 accepts no liability.

12 Amendments to Terms

ace8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ace8 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version and effective date of the Terms are always displayed at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ace8 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
